less torque rpms raise slower then normal.
In my del sol b16a it seems to accelerate slwoer then normal and VTEC kicks in but it lags a little be for it goes. it just seems to lag in general what could be doing this? No CELS.

not a whole lot of info there... but... I always notice better power and response after I change tranny fuid, motor oil... and more than ever... cleaning out my K&N air filter... Made the engine quieter too.
Check your air filter, could be that simple. Other than that on the info you posted, I couldn't tell you anything.

By "slower than normal" do you mean slower than a "normal" D16 or slower than the B16 usually is? I suggest cleaning out you throttle body and intake manifold, checking your cat for clogs, your air filter for cleanliness and maybe seafoam the whole thing.
