oh yeah and I want them just for daily driving or maybe both for track too so they dont have to be too big..

Azenis are okay (too loud and wear quickly for my tastes and everyone else if they are only daily driven) but come in a decent size (195/60/14 I think) and are about as good as it gets for a cheap 14 inch tire if you want good dry traction, decent wet and horrible snow. I like the Ziex 512s much better, but I don't think they make them in a 14 inch size that will work for Civics.

You can use 185 or a 195 width on those rims.

yeah I live in FL no snow so I dont have to worry about it.. so 195/60/14 should do the trick? will it throw off my speedometer?

I think you should run 185/65/14. that would be the stock size.

I have the Ziex's on my stock 14" wheels. I'm honestly not sure if they're the 512's or not though. Anyway, they have decent traction for a stock tire, and they did pretty well in the snow last winter (until the turbo spools )
