I need help with my 94 del sol! The top won't stop making noise. I greased it, and that worked for about 3 weeks and now its back. Anyone know anything I can do.

 

It's normal. Well, not really normal but that's just how they are. You didn't pay for a luxury car, so things like this will eventually happen. My friend used to have this same problem in his Del Sol.

 

Looks like Ill just have to wait for summer so I dont have to have the top on

 

yea, you shouldn't worry about the noise. its common for Del Sol's. oh, and if you notice the targa top leaking a bit, don't worry about that either. it's also a common flaw for Del Sol's. supposedly, honda changed the stripping in 95-97, so it wouldn't leak, but some say it didn't make a difference. just keep it well lubricated, and you should be fine.
