GSR/Type R/LS header

Well i was wondering what is the diffrence between a Type R header/LS header/ and GSR header and i was also wondering if i would use a aftermarket Type R header if it would fit onto my LS motor.

you should try varying the terms of your search, there are several threads in the archive (eg searching 'difference gsr header' or 'gsr itr header')
here is the age-old classic diagram of the differences between the itr and gsr mufflers and a-pipes (bottom half of header):
