Okay, I've done searched already and Still can't figure the problem. Well, when I'm at a complete stop it doesn't surge, but when i'm rolling and throw it into neutral it rolls back to 1000 and surges to 1500 rpms. What is causing it to do this? Bad TPS sensor maybe?

 

i have a similar problem but im throwing code 14. does it idle normal but if the rpms are between 1-2 rpm then it surges?

 

i had that problem and it was my iac sensor. it's that sensor in back of the intake manifold. change that u should be good

 

idle air control valve. either has gone bad, screen has been clogged, or you opened the cooling system and didn't bleed it after.
