I already have I/H/E on my 94 Teg RS. Now, im not rich, but im looking for the next thing to do that will yield the most hp or torque? I kinda wanna keep it under $500 but a little over is okay i guess. Thanks!!!

If I were you I would add either some Cam Gears or some underdrive pulleys. Unorthodox Racing makes some very good pulleys. I've always liked AEM Cam Gears, but alot of people disagree with me, so do some research first.

Dont pulley's slow down your alternator belt??? If they do, then i dont think i can get them cuz im pulling 1600 watts from my car right now with my stereo!!! And everything is dimming and flickering even with my capacitor, so less of the alternator and im screwed!!!

I do believe pulleys slow down the alternator, but not sure, so if they do, you may wanna stray away from them. The Cam Gears should get you a couple of hp to the ground. If you wanna be a little bit more radical, and if emissions laws permit in Ohio, you could get some custom ground cam(s). Just an idea.

Don't know why I didn't remember this until now, but you can buy a group of pulleys that don't include the alternator pulley. BTW, what are the emission laws in Ohio?

Save 600 more and get your head built with cams, port/polish. Or you can get a skunk manifold and get some cams for about 650. I think the crower non vtecs are about 300 or so.
