Unless you go really high-end rotors, slotted is more than enough. X-drilled will weaken over time. That's been my experience and others I know. Be sure to change pads with rotors ... EBC Greenstuff is supposed to be really good.
There's a bunch of companies that make SS brake lines for TL-S. Same application as 99-02 V6 Accord. Do a search ... or acura-tl.com -- lots of helpful info there.
