the filter on the fuel pump is dirty? causing the fuel pump not to prime sometimes...is it changeabl
took it out, looked at it...it was dirty...was wondering if i can change it and how much.

I do believe you can change it. But if it is really bad then your pump is most likely the next thing to go. So i would just change it out.
I forgot more about hondas then you will ever know....

when you say causing it not to prime, do you mean the car sometimes does nto start? in that case it is your pgmfi relay.
