i accidentally smearred the numbers on my stock speedo overlay by trying to wipe it clean with rubbing alcohol and paper towel, cause i just peeled off some old white face gauges i had and it left some gunk on there, .....................but i need to get another, and this guy wanted to sell his HF one, but before buying it, do they look and fit a SI ? and does it go up to the same numbers in MPH? thanks
They have a much sooner radline, and depending on year may or may not fit, 90-91 are the same, 88 are diff, 89 are also different

i did'nt need the tach, so did'nt care about redline, what i meant was just the dial on the right side only, thats the part i smeared, the miles per hour i think its up to 120? or something as long as its the same shape and fits, has same numbers as SI
anyone know? i know its a small detail but i mise well replace it with one thats readable while i have the cluster apart

Your mileage is off unless you know how to roll it back(if you swap the whole unit).
You will need to pop the needle off (with 2 spoons) if you just swap the faces.
Same rule goes, 90-91 same 89 diff, 88 diff.
They may all look the same but behind the plastic they are different shapes, you could cut off excess, if needed, but still may look weird. Try and find one that matches the year of your car for perfect fit.

ok, guess i'll pass on that guy, just find elsewhere for same year, thanks
it was dumb for me to clean with rubbing alcohol, i was'nt thinking about how the numbers were just printed, for some reason it looked part of the plastic
