Default question about spark plugs for b16 block with gsr head

first off i was wondering which plugs to use b16 or gsr, have an idea but i want to be sure. also i need to know what heat range to use.....bc with the raised compression there is more heat. thank you

stock heat range should be fine. That's what I use with the setup, no problems.

if you are really worried about it, you can buy ITR plugs that are a heat range colder, but unless you track the car, there is no real need.
