I'm trying, by god, I'm trying...

 

Looks like I'm going to be stuck autocrossing next year, but hopefully and god willing I'll get to do a couple of HPDE's. Might be in SEHC though, not sure yet.

 

I hope that I'll be moving to Michigan this summer, I think that would allow me a few ECHC rounds.

 

I won't be in H4, but I hope to be watching the battle from behind you on track and competing in the H5 battle. I'm really looking forward to competing with Dave, Keith, Kim, Zephyr, and Beno. Hopefully they will look forward to racing with me as well. Best of luck to you next year and congrats on a great season and a great championship battle. You are a true champion!

It will be great to have to you joining us next year. Just bring your own spare parts, since not much will interchange with the rest of our H5 cars!

 

I will run about half the races, mostly the ones at Summit Point and VIR.

Looking forward to more great racing in 05 with the H4 crew.

Well, I am glad this 04 season is over. It sure didn't feel good watching a season go by and only get in one race. I am grateful I got to run at Mid Ohio in a borrowed H4 car though.
Maybe over the winter I will have to build another car and come play with everyone in the echc series.
I don't think I can sit out another year and just build cars for others.

Congrats to the ECHC champions, you guys earned it.

I hope to be there next year....If I can help Kofod run a full season, I might do that. He too, needs new hood pins....LOL.

Ian, I am not sure if there will be another Valentines 300 or 400 this February at VIR w/ NASA-VA but if so, I'd hope to talk my co-driver into running it with me. If they do run it this year again, perhaps some of you HC H4 guys will run as well? Ehh, and O-man, you can try keeping up w/ us too

you mean 1.6?? Yeah, ITA CRX Si. She's loaded up in the trailer and goes down for paint on Saturday. I promised myself to never run Road Atlanta for my first race of the year again VIR sounds like an _excellent_ alternative.

I didn't know they had changed the name of the race - at one point it was 400 miles I *think* but had heard it was a 300 last year. Sounds like a blast. Worked a corner but never raced in it argh!

 

Not to hijack the thread....but does anyone know what the 05 schedule is shaping up to look like? I know cobetto is the one to ask, but I didn't know if any of you would happen to know the races beyond the feb. vir event....

I'm available to drive or crew at the vir race...pm me if you want help, it snows here, so I will be glad to push the snow shoveling over to the wife for a race....lol

Check the NASA VA website, I think when the schedule is ready it will be up. Looking forward to next year. I will beat Kofod and then Carpenter. There mine!
