Default Oil Surge Solution

I am experiencing oil surge on tight left hand corners.
B18c, circuit racing on slicks.
oil is checked before each run and kept slightly overfill.

cam drops on to small lobes / oil pressure drops from 60 psi plus to around 40 psi
[hard to watch the guage while cornering]

It looks like time for a baffled pan .
What is the best option . Fit your own baffles , Mugen or Canton ?

I can not afford to blow my new engine, which is currently running a standard pan .

there's the Z10 RR pan that blings harder than P. Diddy, but it's gonna run you around $400.
