Default ITR Motor, LS parts = ??

With a complete ITR longblock going into an LS... what else is required?
Here are some things that I'm concerned about:
1) Will A/C work fine? Hopefully compressor mounts correctly.
2) I will need new dizzy, ECU, Intake Manifold....

What other parts do I need? Will LS Axles work?

Why wouldn't the a/c work? They are the same size motor going into the same kind of car. It's not like it's some crazy swap or anything.

I'm trying to price out a brand new shortblock (prices I'm getting) vs a complete JDM swap from a yard (passwordjdm, hmo, ias,etc...).

I don't mind paying a little more for a brand new motor, but if the sensors, axles and ecu's are going to cost way more than a used JDM swap, I may choose the latter route.

Thank you for your replies.
