help with my h22a in crx

k finally just finished getting installed when everytime i clutch release in first gear the motor shakes alot alot......what can i do? thanks guys ....

what kind of clutch do you have? seems like chatter to me.

i used all round prelude custom everywhere....ummm what clutch chatter?
i fixed the timing a bit on the distributor but i dont think it wokred that well?
