Just took her out tonight, MAN, she runs good. Ive heard some stuff that ITB's run like crap, but for not being tuned it runs really good. Im keeping at really low throttle and RPM's, AND SHE RUNs really good. Theres a few problems though.
A) The idle fluctuates from 2700 down to 1000. I dont know why this is, all the vaccum lines are hooked up, no codes.
B) How shold I hookup the PCV? Ive got it hooked up to my vacuum manifold right now
C) that sucking noise is very loud!! will filters help out? I dont want them to be audible from outside the car, any advice?

 

HELP!!!!! I got a fluctuating idle!!!!!! If I pinch one of he hoses going to the vaccum box from the runner it stops. help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

you mean it stops fluctuating or the car cuts off?..

 

no, car idles at 2 grand. I think it might be my PCV valve, I took it out. When I blow in it it leaks, if I blow hard it stops leaking, which might explain the up down surging. Ill get back.

 

yep, PCV valve!!! And it was brand new from pepboys too.
