I have 165,000 Miles on my teg if i put new pistons,rods,seals,cams,etc would that be considered rebuilding?
If i were to get new rods and pistons which one should i get for a good price?

I think you'd be close if not all the way their. If I were going to do all that, which I will ONE day, I would bore and sleeve the cylinders and port and polish everything as well as replace every gasket I could find. Why tear the engine down twice if you can do it all at once, right?
