Need Help! Regarding Scratches on rims
k i recently painted my rims, i put a primer, clear coar, and paint on them.
Now, i'm pretty sure using paint thinner and scrubbing i can take the paint i put on and get it back to the original finish, the only thing i'm scared of is the scratches/scuffs i put on the rims to make the paint hold.
my question is, how can i buff the scratches out and make them look good again? they are just little hair line scratches varying in depth, nothing too bad

hmmm.... never heard about taking the paint off....i assume its gonna be real real hard to get in the little scratches? i dont even know how without making more! a buffer wont get them out i dont think but you can try! i think it wold be real hard to get all the paint off
Try using 1000/1500/2000 grit sandpaper to get rid of the scratches
Anything lower in grit may cause more scratches
Also...there is nothing you can do about removing the new layer of paint and having you're previous layer visible. If you use a paint stripper it will remove the paint to bare metal
