Default I need to boost (help)

WHat do I need for my Zc swap in my rex to handle 12 psi?

a miracle and a LOT of money. I know of someone who blew a DOHC ZC sky high with 12 PSI, but he did kill a viper. I know of another person who blew an SI sky kigh with 12 PSI. Its gona take like value of car x2 in engine mods to do it. My advice: LS swap or just stick with 5-7 PSI. If you have the money, then you are gona have one wayyy fast car. Sorry I can't help you on engine parts tho, just yea its gona be a lot of work.

This might turn out like a lot of recent posts, so I'll just give you the easy answer: you'll need stronger internals(rods, pistons) and the required fuel management system(such as hondata, turboedit, bigger injectors).
