H22a swap gasoline nightmare!
Well I am finally up and running with the h22a jdm swap in my 99 accord. There is only one problem keeping me off the road and I can't figure it out. The Accord has an evaporation canister just foward of the driver side rear wheel. It is used for the vapor inside the gas tank I assume. Anyway, I have a "gas tank evap line" that exits the bottom of that canister, goes into a white plastic elbow, and dead ends into the frame! Just for vapors though. My problem is, when I start the car, gas pours out like nobody's business, at an incredible rate. I didn't touch any fuel lines back there and I can't for the life of me figure it out. I'm dying to get this thing out and about so if anyone has any ideas I'm all ears! Thanks
Thats what the problem was yes. Now the supply and return lines are hooked up right, but The damn car won't start now. I keep blowing the ACG fuse when I turn the key on. I know it's going to be a short somewhere, but I can't find one. Word of advice, don't swap an h22 into a 6th gen accord. This crap stinks!
i don't mean to dog on you, but i've seen plenty of people swap h22's into their 6th gens without any problems. i've also seen plenty of people who've swapped h22's into 5th gens and had nothing but problem after problem. 6th gens aren't really that much harder than other years. it's just that people are bound to run into problems during swaps.

Word of advice...you should of had someone do the swap for you.
