gonna help my cusion install his HID.. did some search, and now looking for best place to mount the ballast..and i have to take off the front bumper to do it right?

the best place to mount the ballast will be underneath the headlight, just like the dc5r HID. you can go to hardware store and buy a couple of soft metal strips (so that you can bend it)

Yes, you will have to take off the bumper and headlight to do it if you want a clean job.

I've been told that right inside each of the fender's is a good spot. Well protected also.
