drivability with cams and springs in but not tuned
i wanna put in the crower 403's with the valve springs in a garage by my house and then drive to the local dyno shop to tune the hondata s100. is the car still drivable after those installs? i dont wanna hurt nething driving that distance and i dont wanna pay for the instal. so if ne one knows send it this way. thanks
It's definitely driveable. Just don't modify the cam gear settings (leave them at 0 degrees) and you'll be fine.
so nothin is gonna break and im not gonna mess nething if i drive it a couple miles? should i stay under a certain rpm or a certain speed?
Your fine if you keep the cam gears at 0 degrees. When you start the car let it idle for about 15-20 min to break in the cams. Then your good to go.

Nope, nothing is going to break. As long as everything was installed correctly and the cam gears are still set to 0, you'll be fine. Provided your valves are not TOO loose after the install, you can rev to redline all day and still be fine without tuning.
