What's the name of the rear door things that hold up the rear door?

Could someone tell me what those things are called that help hold up the back of a door? (Such as the rear, 5th door of a station wagon, or rear, 3rd door of a hatchback).
They look like metal sticks.

I'm also looking for a place to purchase such things...

u can go to pepboys thats where my friend got his

he just told them "hey i need some rear shocks that hold up my hatch"
