Default 1/4 mile time

I own a 95 GSR with a 98 GSR complete swap, my engine only has about 65k miles on it. The only performance upgrades I have are bolt ons, I have exhaust, cold air intake and dc headers. I was wonderin what would my cars 1/4 mile time be. I know it depends on the driver and weight of the car. I just want to know what people with this setup ran or what 1/4 mile time you think it will run. I have not had time to go to the track.

well yea there are a lot of things that play a factor in your time but I was just asking what you guys thought would be a reasonable time for the upgrades I have and I also want to know what people with similar upgrades are runnin.

It all depends on where you're at, what the temp is, your ability, and then the other 8 million things that make a car fast or slow. I've seen basically stock gsr's run in the high 14's and at the same time I've seen modded gsr's run 16's. It is all a huge variable.

15.5 is a stock gsr with average driver no mods

my friend has a 97 GSR with - intake, exhaust, VAFC rollin on 17' enkei's. The best he could hit before getting the VAFC was 15.3. It was about 75 outside. Not bad for some bolt ons and over 120k. Although he has a rebuilt tranny.

how much do you think a stage2 or stage3 clutch would help with the mods I have, I used to have an LS with a stage2 clutch and I loved it I could feel the difference. I wanted to know if it would help on my GSR with the bolt ons I have and if it would how much.

You would be able to launch higher and know your clutch could take it. Now go test it and bring back some slips.

i think u'd be faster if u lost one of the header's since we only have a spot for 1 header at a time its just a waste of weight.
