Didn't this happen a little while ago with a Mitsu dealership in Arizona?

I thought the dealership ended up having to sell the car?

I hope this turns out the same way... I hate, absolutely hate shady car dealerships!!

The dealership ended up having to sell the car at that price...But the buyer backed out anyways... At least thats what I heard...

There are so many "technicalities" in their Terms of sales i.e. "We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

At least this makes me think twice about wanting to buy a car off EBAY.
