Rebuilt clutch master cylinder, do they exist?

Tonight I went looking for a clutch master cylinder to replace my one that has had a slow leak for at least 2-3 years now... to my dismay, neither AutoZone nor NAPA carries OEM rebuild clutch master cylinders. They only sell new ones at a cost of $95-$110, and the slave is $45-$55.
Now my OEM rebuild Nissin brake master cylinder only cost me about $65 after core return, that would really suck to have to shell out nearly twice as much for a stupid clutch MC. Is there ANY place that carries rebuilt ones?
And no I do not want any junkyard used part. It could very well be leaking just like my current one is.

Have you looked into a rebuild kit? Wagner brake, to name a common manufacturer, usually has kits for popular applications. DIY rebuilds are generally simple (as long as it's bad internally, and the casting is still good) -- just pull out the old guts and put the new ones in.
Did my Trooper's clutch master the other week, kit was $23 and it took all of 5 minutes once I had the cylinder on the bench.

I got it at a local distribution warehouse for Bumper To Bumper stores. There might be something comparable where you live too. Failing that, try a brake specialist - there is a parts house (warehouse w/ city desk) around here that deals with brake/hyrdaulic systems exclusively.
I learned about these places when I used to work at a garage. Ask your local garages where they buy parts.
