I ordered my EG ducklip spoiler over a month ago..going on 6weeks now..when I called they said they were getting them in on the truck that same day..so I thought "sweeeeeeeeeet"....I called back a couple weeks ago and they said they are still on backorder.......

 

yea i ordered mine last week and i was notified or the backorder the guy said that they would be in this week...so i should see mine in about 2 weeks..

 

when i got my duckbill.. it took over a month ...and me returning a steering wheel and a clutch (neither of which i ordered???) but sheng finally got me the wing..

 

I have never ordered anything, because the guy never returns emails and acts like he's totally bored and doesn't have time for any questions, there customer service gets a

 

Really guys? Thats really strange. I ordered my ITR 4-1 headers from them and had them in 5 day and I live across the country. I guess I got lucky? Well, good luck to you guys in getting your parts.

 

yellowbastard... hey i ordered an EG cf wing from jdmhondaparts.com march 2001. it took 2 1/2 wks. to come in. i emailed them a couple of times to ask where my order was during the 2 wks but they never responded. hey are u in VA?

i ordered my engine from sheng... it did take awhile from the date that i ordered it... roughly a month

 

I ordered some ITR springs and it took around 2weeks..
but what do you expect from a operation be run from a basement
THey customer service is ok..but their website is much better than "them"

personally i've heard more bad stories than good about jdmhondaparts. Sheng is a big rip off artist. People buy from him cause they "think" they can trust him.

I got all the stuff I've ordered within a copule business days..they gave me a tracking number 1 hour after I paid for the stuff

after reading all the post..most of the things jdm offer s is also available thru ur local speed shop..they ve all got their connections too..deal with someone u trust and not what others have said about them

 

I ordered some skunk2 springs and tokico blues from jdmhondaparts and got those in a little under 2 weeks and Sheng was great at responding to my emails....he even responded to my stupid questions. I know that him and Katman hang out on these boards too. My experience with them was really good and i know all my friends that have ordered from them have got their stuff on time, maybe it's just cause it's christmas? Anyways just wanted to through in some positive info.

I order some Kyokugen lugs and they came in within a week... I had no problem with that... I was even planning to deal with them again... But it looks like that im gonna make sure things will be on time from now on...
