Default Tint Headlights? DIY ?

Ive seen headlights that are almost tinted a black color, and was hoping i could do this to cover up the cloudyness of my stock lights, because i cant afford new ones, so anyone have any suggesiong? i searched all the DIY's but no luck

Whats the best way to paint the housing? how long do you put em in the over to seperate them?

cloudyness? Sounds like oxidation. Use some car wax and buff, and buff, and buff. Should clean up real nice.

I baked mine in the oven for 5 minutes at around 200-250 degrees. Don't worry, they wont melt, even if you take it up to 300 degrees. Those headlights are built to withstand the high temperatures of the bulbs.

Just be careful taking them out of the oven. They'll be hot!

Gross! I would take being ricey over that anyday. There is a car at my college, (don't remember Make/model) that had those covers for headlights and taillights. Red car too. Disgusting.
