I love my Flex's I've never had any experience with the buddy club's, but I heard they were nice as well. As for the EDFC, I never really saw a use for it. I dial in my suspension and leave it. If its a track day, I just turn the ***** and wallah

I have a silver ek hatch with tein flexs. Rates are 504front 280 rear.

Weak *** for the track. I'd sell you mine if i wasnt broke and could buy better coilovers.

tien usa has many different rates availaible or you can substitute eibachs ERS ect. I would not go with buddy clubs as I've had them turn to **** rates and start leaking and so have a few other people around here. Personally I would get stuff from progress for that price http://www.progressauto.com

you can run edfc on the RA though, just gotta push your hood up. i was originally planning to get it, but felt there was really no use to it if i wasn't going to track it A LOT.

oh yeah, i was in the same dilemma as you. i almost bought omni's but came across the RA's. personally, i'd rather get the buddy club racing spec with it's 10/8 rates than the flex with the 9/5. if anything, omni sports

seriouisly, get some decent suspension, and LEARN to drive on the auto - x's and feel your car out.

then come back with new spring rates.

IMO i saw autox your car as it is right now.

Better yet go with the REs. Adjustable lower shock mount.

Too stiff for what? Maybe the gf, not the track.
