Civic SIR/ integra GSR front strut bar on a DA?

Hey does anyone here know if it works? the guy i bought it from assured me that it works and he tried it on his brothers car. but i just dont see how it does work? its the factory strut bar from a GSR as im told. but its exactly identical to my buddies '00 SIR strut bar. any and all help would be greatly appriciated.

yes they will as long as it is from a 00 or newer.......

DA's have a different chassis than dc/eg's, it will not work. if i'm not mistaken the civic sir one is slightly different in design (although looks very similar), and is red, not black like the gsr.
