is there a specific part number, what store?

A feeler gauge??
no, the other tool. when i do my adjustments without the tool i have to use a screw driver with a socket wrench. the tool i need is the replacement for the screw driver and socket wrench...

Default Valve adjust tools

You need the wrench/screwdriver unit. Contact either Snap-On or Matco. Both have it and it sells for about $45 (that's what I paid). You also need the proper feeler gauges (<$10).
Snap-On and Matco have online catalogs and ordering too.

Default Tool number

The Snap-On number is YA8895. This is the correct tool for Civic and 5th gen Prelude rocker arm adjusting nuts. BTW: The MATCO number is the same (8895)
