I have a friend who has a 91 CRX, we just changed it from throttle body inj. to EFI. We used directions found here on H-T. We triple checked the wiring and everything looks correct. But, the car won't start and the ECU is flashing a 15 code (Ignition Output Signal) My questioin is what exactly does that mean? Is that something in the distirbutor? Ignitor? What? Any ideas would help, we tried everything and can't figure it out. By the way, we check for spark, and it is sparking.
