i wouldn't get them unless they are staggard... you want to stick with the staggard setup.. otherwise you will lose on handling..

the stock wheels (pre-'04) are 16x6.5 and 16x7.5 in the rear. this is the staggard setup, which provides a bit more in the rear to help plant the car by dialing in a little understeer with the widths. not to mention, added traction.

you must mean "staggered" right? A "staggard" is a male red deer in it's 4th year. Anyway, you don't have to have staggered wheels. The Amuse s2000 has the same size rims and tires on all 4 corners. It works, but it changes the handling characteristics of the car.

As for as I know, Rota does not make Slipstreams or any of their wheels in S2000 applications. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm almost positive of this.

offset is dependent on the rim....... 114.3 is the bolt pattern spacing....

they don't make rota's specifically for an s2000, but they will fit. There are a few people on s2ki.com I have seen w/ rota's.

114.3 is not the offset, it's the bolt pattern for the car, which for the S2000 is 5x114.3. I've never seen Slipstreams on an S2K. Do you have any pictures of all these S2K's you've seen with them on?

These will fit the car but you would be better off saving your money up for an appropriate wheel application for the car.

they'll work... my buddy has it on his S. I didnt get a chance to sit in his car yet... so not sure how well it handles compared to a staggered setup.

if they fit a 5th gen prelude, they will fit an s2000...they may not be optimal, but they will definately fit.

there is one guy on s2ki.com had slip stream on his suzuka blue S. i think his name is Russ. it's not staggered but i would think you can play with tires size to make them staggered, but not really sure.

lol, male red deer eh? Just because the Amuse s2000 is running the same width wheels all around doesn't mean all of us can. The reason the s2000 comes stock with wider wheels in the rear is due to suspension tuning. The balance of the car is setup via sway bars, spring rates, and shock valving as well as weight distribution. By running the same width wheels all around, you wont get the same suspension balance and the handling characteristics of the car while driving at the limit will be very different than stock.

Buy at your own risk.

Those look like theyre 16x7 +45 offset all around.. I would of gone +35 in the back but reading your post you got a good deal on them. Be careful making sharp turns with some throttle.. those rear tires will whip out REALLY fast.
