Default gauge pod question

i am needing to get a gauge pod when i get boosted and i am just planning to see how much and etc... I haven't came across a gauge pod for the A-pillar(i think) for my g2. and i have seen it for a eg civic but i was just kinda thinking what is really the difference or could be the difference. could i just buy one for a civic and modify it easily to fit my car?

I have a a pillar pod in my DA..its for a 92-95 civic but all you need to do is heat it up(but not enough to warp it) and mold it over the stock a pillar..it's very simple took me like 5 mins...easy install...

who would want a guage pod on their C-Pillar??? you would have to turn around just to see it! maybe if the were really big and all backwards you could see them in the rear view mirror.

I would like to see someone fab something to go where that useless tray on the dash is. it'd be a bit different without having to get rid of AC or cruise control, etc.
