NO A/C and I just got it fixed!

NO A/C and I just got it fixed!
Ok i just replace my a/c compressor, it spins, but there is no cold air coming out of it. Like there is no power going to the thing at all. Why isn't the damn thing working? Is there a way to fix it? Could it be the wire harness was fried during the previos compressor's lock up? Someone help me...

Check refrigerant level. If that's good, then remove the harness that plugs into the compressor/clutch relay and jump the positive terminals, I think it's the white and blk/yellow wires. If the compressor engages, then its porbably the relay; if not, then there's probably no pwer coming from the fuse box to the relay (the white wire).

When you say it spins, what spins???Just the a/c pulley? Or does the clutch spin as well??
