Default Suspension Help

I have a 96 EX and recently I replaced the rear passenger side break pads (actually I did all 4 but this is the one with the problem) and had an issue with the caliper sticking. I got everything resolved alright but while I was struggling with it I really had to crank on some bolts and I was moving the whole assembly up and down and I didn't think much of it cause that is what suspension is supposed to do. Now, though, whenever I drive it I feel every little bump in the rear passenger side and it is sort of loud and clunky. I haven't ever really worked on suspension before and would like to know if this is something I can do myself or if I am better off bringing it in. Also, any help with troubleshooting exactly what this could be would be great. Oh, yeah, and by the way, I did search it and didn't really find anything to be too helpful. Thanks a lot.
