Default H22 tranny fluid, how much and what kind?????

I know this has probably been cover a lot before but the search function isnt working (atleast for me).

So how much does it hold, and what is the BEST fluid to run. I dont really care too much about price.

Anything i can pick up from autozone or should it be factory honda? I know they run a little lower weight (atleast for oil) than i like to run(they suggest 5w30 and i run 10w40) so is this the case with the tranny fluid too?

I used synchromesh but I know after using it for 6000 miles it is waaaay too thin for a honda transmission .... I pulled quite a bit of metal shavings outta it with my spoon drain bolt. I believe the excessive syncro wear is not worth the no syncro grind ..
Honda MTF is 10w40 oil and I have switch to somthing called BG synchroshift 2 lower syncrowear and no ghostly shifting or grinding feel It is the best I have used so far and I can get the stuff at a deal --- the honda trannys use 2 quarts fill it till it over flows the fill hole a little then you are good --
BG Syncroshift 2 is the sheat

all my bearing noise is gone, but now i have a very slight scratching on second gear. guess i can lie with that .... Is it typical to have a bit of a scratch immediately after a fluid change?
