Default greddy turbo kit for my ls= safe?

im thinking about a greddy 18g kit all stock except for rc440cc injectors.
my car is COMPLETELY stock, will it safe on the motor if i got this kit?

18g turbo
2" dp
type s bov
and a greddy type 24 fmic
blue box

i hear its safe from some people and really dangerous to blowing my motor

i plan to upgrade to the emanage fmu system and a e-cut out isntead of an exhaust

Boost is safe if you know what your doing. Meaning, you change the oil religiously, you get the motor tuned ASAP, and you are **** as you can be when it comes to taking care of the motor. Do a lot of research, on maintaining a boosted car, and the importance of fuel management.
