Default Any way to modify 9007 bulbs to fit?

I have a pair of 9007 bulbs and I was wondering if there was any possible way to make them fit without harming the houseing or the harness? I know they are suppose to be 9005 but I got a pair of 9007 for free. So im just curious?

actually, I believe that factory bulbs are 9006, and you have to mod the 9005s to fit. correct me if I'm wrong.

I dont know about 9007. look at the backs and plugs and compare them.

9007's are a reverse wired 9004... (i guess i should clear this up, by reverse wired i mean when your car says low beam they will be on high and vice versa but power and ground are the same) can you mod them to fit... i guess you could but it'd be more work than it's worth... just go out and talk to people anyone with a new neon, and i think any new mitsubishi uses a 9007 and sell them rather cheap and pick up the right set, it's better to spend a few dollars now than to have to rewire your car later...

90007 and 9004 are both dual filament bulbs. Integras have separate low and high beam housings. I highly doubt there would be any benefit from trying to run such bulbs in an Integra projector, certainly nothing that would be worth the time it would take to do such a thing.

You can get 9005 Sylvania Cool Blues for like $20 a pair and modify them to fit, that's your best bet (see how-to link in sig).

sell the 9007's and use that money towards the proper bulbs.

what's the point of modding your car to fit the new bulb, you'll then be stuck getting 9007's which are (for now anyways) usually more expensive than the more common regular bulb.

9007's are expensive? As far as I know it's one of the common halogen headlight bulbs, those being H4, 9004, 9005, 9006, and 9007.
