Default Upper Control Arms?

It's about that time for me to replace my upper control arms front and rear. My question to you is: have you replaced these, what would you recommend? TIA

for the fronts, get something reasonably priced at an auto parts store, then pop out the pivot bushing things and replace them with an ingalls camber kit. for the rears, ingalls' kit completely replaces the arms. if you're cheap, you can get an ingalls knock-off like i did. I think it's made by dropzone, i got it off ebay. even if you don't need a camber kit, going this route will be roughly the same price as just replacing bushings, and since you'll need an alignement anyway, might as well have you camber perfected.
