my wifes 97 accord has had her brakes changed in april and now the abs light is coming on. there is a clicking noise from the center console solenoid. but when the light comes on the lights in the car flicker for a few seconds then goes away. this has done this for the past few weeks. does anyone know what this might be? any help would be greatly appreciated

Read the error code & tell us. Jumper the same data-link connector that you do for ECU codes, except it's the ABS light that blinks.

 

ok where do i do that? i have an engine diagnostic tool but thats for check engine lights only. where do i jump it at? my wifes dad said it might be a relay. but sometimes the radio shuts off too completely and resets all my programed stations. this is driving her nuts so please help me!!! lol

 

I'm not sure what to tell you for a '97... You got an OBD-2 code reader? There might be a 2-wire plug behind the glovebox, you jumper that & watch the CEL flash for engine codes, or the ABS light flashes for ABS codes.
