God, I hate people sometimes. Here's what happened. I'm sitting inside my buddies house, just kicking it, playing smash, when all of a sudden another friends walks into tha house and asks "Does anyone here drive a little black car?" So I said I did, and he told me someone had just hit my parked car.

Of course, I was immideately shocked more than anything, so I go outside to investigate. As it turns out, some ************ and his wife backed into my car when he was attempting to leave his driveway, and he said he "could'nt see my car because it's black." So we start to exchange insurance information, and it becomes clear to me that the dude has been drinking. So with several of my buddies with me as witnesses, I asked him if he had been drinking, and he admited to it, but he sais he was'nt the one driving. Then his wife pulled me aside and told me "That's a lie."

So now, I'm working this **** out with our mutual insurance company, Progressive, to see what we can do. The dude is'nt cooperating though, because he had expired policy, and is on probation and shoudl'nt have been driving anyway. So basically, I, the innocent party, have to deal with his bullshit, and pull my hair out over his stupidity.

The car is not driveable, even though the damage does'nt look that bad. The quarter pannel is bent into the tire, so it rubs harcore when I try to move it. I'm going to have it towed to a shop as soon as we figure out the insurance bullshit.

I might sell the car after this accident. I just don't see any reason to keep it. it does nothing good for me anymore. I hate to say it, but it might be time. I loved her at one point, but I just need to let go now that things arent clicking anymore.

Hopefully everything will work out. Still can't get over how much our cars look alike...except for the new fender damage.

He was probably hatin cause you have that "Club Si" sticker but yea i had the same thing happen to me. This lady backed up to me and then she couldn't see my car cause it was black...but yea hope things work out if not take him to small claims court

yea, in retrospect, calling the police would have been a good idea. i was just sooo pissed and out of it that it did'nt even occur to me.
