Recently my AC was making strange noises while driving only when AC was on though. Eventually this went away when I rubbed a bar of soap on the fan belt. Now when I turn on the car it makes this really low ringing noise that comes from the front left side of the car down by the tire. But when I turn the AC its goes absolutley crazy what can I do to fix this problem what is it any specific directs help me out!

 

it might be ur pulley ...

 

try replacing the a/c belt.
