Wipers Not Working
My wipers and washers are not working on my 1999 civic Hx 2dr. Does anyone have suggestions or can anyone tell me what fuse it could be because I dont have the fuse panel diagram so I dont know which one is the wiper fuse.
you might find another thats blown if you have some other problems.... if you have a fuse tester it should only take a minute
