Do not buy from http://www.trixracing.com . They will rip off, not respond to your emails, and NEVER NEVER answer the phone. I ordered a hood from them, they have had my money since Aug.25th and they still can not tell me what is going on.
I thought I would warn you all. If you want to email them and tell them they suck and will never order from them, that would be cool. I do have someone who is stopping into the place to try and get my money back (they are in AZ, I am in PA)

yeah i had a problem with them about a year ago. i ordered a cf lip from them off of ebay and they told me that i just got the last one and that they would ship it out on monday(i ordered it on sat). monday comes around and then they tell me that they have to order it cause they don't have it and they kept on giving me this bs for 2 weeks until i called them again. this time the new excuse was that they ordered a bunch of lips from vis, but when they got the lips all of them were cracked. so i told them screw it and refund my money now. at least i got my money back hope you get yours too.

Look it's simple. ALWAYS use a credit card and if they try to screw you tell your card company you want to chargeback because they didn't deliver. If they won't take credit cards walk away.

 

Credit sux, so I have none. And I did go to the BBB. Like was said, they did nothing

 

i ordered my VIS hood from them and it took a whilel, a long while. They threw in some free polish which is the bomb,and some free sparco hood pins. they also gave a shipping discount. The owner also offered me a steal of a deal on carbon fiber seats. It took for ever but sometimes they(VIS) have to make the products and you have to wait. Trix always takes care of me just like R and D!!!!

 

Then would you want to talk to Nick(the owner) for me? I just want my money back.They can't even give me a straight answer on why I have no hood yet. i can never get ahold of them. Someone is stopping for me, and the owner is never there, the one time he was he couldn't give an answer.When the guy stopped in yesterday, there was another unhappy costumer there. Now they are closed till next monday
