Default Unpluged O2 sensor but no check light WHY!!

Hi
I'm running obd1 Hondata with boost and a 4 wire o2 sensor.
After the motor blew up on the dyno when doing the last power run, I put my other motor in but now my car drinks fuel bad, tried changing the o2 sensor didn't work then I unpluged the sensor but got no check light.
Could the closed loop be disabled so the ecu don't reed from the o2 sensor.

Thanks to all.
