Default Cam Gears??????

Hey, all of you guys have been very helpfull in the decisions I have made for my accord. I have to know though, is a new cam gear, or an adjustable cam gear worth using with stock cams. or worth using on a SOHC non-vtec??? Will it be worth the cash for one?
Also, any opinions on a good set of pulleys??? Brand??? I can't really differ from AEM or anyone else.

P.s. The RSR exmag exhaust kicks ***

Unorthodox Racing makes a cam gear with five locking positions.

They also make underdrive pulleys, including a crank pulley.

Cam gears are very benificial if you happen to have a dyno handy.

Otherwise its probably a waste if you dont upgrade your camshaft.

Unless you really know what you are doing.
