Default Salvage titles?

In new jersey can salvage titles be cleared if the bike is fixed. Im interested in a few bikes to fix up that have salvage titles and was wondering if i could get a clear title. or can i drive it with the salvage title?

Looks like you can't ride a motorcycle with a salvage tilte until it is fixed. The New Jersey motor vehicle website says that a salvaged vehicle needs to be repaired and inspected, then can be retitled. Some states will issue a rebuilt title instead of an original "clear" title.

Exactly, You just have to fix it up and the state has an inspection thing every week or so you just bring your car/bike down there and a state trooper will inspect it
