Default how to check dizzy power?

How do i check if the distributor is putting down the spark its suppose to? It doesnt seem like it when i look at the spark. My car wont start and everything checks out even timing. There is even fuel touching the plugs when i try and crank plus spark but no ignition so i dont think im producing the right amount of spark....

you can check your coil resistence with an OHMs meter. If you have a service manual for your car, it should tell you how to test parts in the dizzy. it should be about the same for the b18a
