Default Civic Civic

hey guys did anybody know how to take off the government chip on a civic 03??? cause when my rpm when up to 7 my engine start slow down by it seft, thanks alot for some one who know about this problem thanksssssssssssss...

1. your motor doesnt make power over 7000 rpms
2. your motor isnt made to take over 7000rpms
3. your ecu is what controls that and before you change your ecu/modify it/ or whatever you need to do some head work as well as build up the bottom end.
4. jsut getting an ecu upgrade will result in you kissing your motor goodbye.
5. its obvious you dont know anything about your car i would suggest you research before you start doing things to it.I mean damn, didnt you even suppose maybe the redline is there for a reason?
