Good Blue Light Bulbs for CRX Si
i just got a 88 crx si and i dont got money to buy HIDs so what are the best brightest bluest light bulbs i can buy????? any suggestions
any specific brand of XENON bulbs or just the brand XENON, i wuz lookin on ebay but they r so many. i want some that actually have good lighting so i can see the road but also have the blue look.
get the white/silver ones, not blue. They look better, not like stupid rice.
I like the Sylvania Silverstar bulbs. About 15$ each, but they light up a bunch and are a nice silver/blue shade. Got them in two cars.

Get the ones on ebay with the lifetime warranty cuz bulbs like these are notorious for burning out...even Silverstars. Get some Koba, Litech or EuroDezigns bulbs. They put out blue-white light without looking too blue.
I have been running Sylvania Silverstar bulbs for 2 years now. They are a nice upgrade over stock. They are nothing lke HIDs but they are brighter and more of a blue-white color.
I have been running the sylvania silver stars on my cars.
2003 Odyssey
1995 Accord
1990 CRX
I love how bright they are and that is why I use them.
The road is much easier to see.
The biggest impact was in the CRX for some reason.
The only gripe I have is that they only seem to last about 1.5 years
before they burn out.
Is that what other people are seeing?

i don't know how true this is...but someone told me about polishing the inside of the head light casing??? and this guy had some bright freakin lights. I hated that about my CRX though. That being that at night it wasn't quite bright enough so i'd have on my brights and i'd get people flashing me and ****

Why dont you just break down and buy some pretty projectors with halos. A little rice but they look real nice. They also work better than most other brands of lights.
